Make that dream come true. A trek designed especially for the older trekker who wants a slower pace and comfortable accomodation.

Our carefully devised itinerary allows plenty of time to acclimatise to the high altitude as well as to enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Himalayan mountains and the fascinating Sherpa villages.

You will stay at comfortable lodges with a wide choice of food on the menu in the villages en-route and will have lots of time to get to know your hosts and enjoy the company of your local crew.

In Nepal's capital, Kathmandu, we stay in luxurious 4+ star hotel accomodation with breakfast included. Our hotel is situated in the heart of the tourist area and yet still offers a peaceful oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of this wonderful and fascinating city.

An experienced western leader will meet you on arrival in Kathmandu and will be with you through to departure.

In addition to visiting the historic Everest Base Camp, you will have the opportunity to climb to the summit of Kala Pattar 5545m where Mt. Everest is revealed in all her splendour.

Departures in October/November 2010 and March/April/May 2011.
